His primary waters are Galveston East Bay, where he has spent the last 39 years saltwater fishing, and the last 10 as a full-time resident of Crystal Beach, to better focus on the ever-changing fish patterns to get clients on the fish. He specializes in teaching trips with artificial lures, targeting Speckled Sea Trout and Redfish. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned veteran, we guarantee it will be a great day on the waters of East Galveston Bay.

My dad has used Jeff before, and said he was great with kids. So as a Christmas gift, my dad set up a guided trip for himself and my kids. What an experience they had! They limited out on trout in just a couple of hours. Jeff then took them over to some known redfish holes to catch redfish. It was a little more challenging, but Jeff extended his time that day by a couple of hours, a decision he made on his own, to try and put the boys on as many fish as he could. The kids couldn’t have had more fun on this trip. Before they got home on Sunday, they were already asking to go back. Thank you for making their first guided bay trip a blast!

We had an awesome experience with Jeff, even though the weather wasn’t perfect. Jeff’s knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference. He worked hard to find the best spots, shared great tips, and kept the trip fun and enjoyable. We caught a lot of trout and had a fantastic time on the water.
